Individual and Group Fitness Training

Here at PEH, we specialize in tailoring programs to suit each individual need.  In home training is also available.  Whether you wish to lose weight to improve health, participate in sport specific training or utilize therapy to improve joint dysfunction from past injuries, arthritis, or wear and tear, you will certainly benefit from our experience and guidance.  


Because we don't function out of a specific gym facility, it affords us the flexibility and creativity to educate you on how you can be proactive in your health and fitness without the added cost of a monthly membership. Using simple movements and interval training, we utilize your own body weight to increase strength, decrease size, build muscle and cardiac health, and become more physically fit.  Through education, instruction, discipline, and hard work you become self-empowered resulting in the achievement of mountainous gains that surpass even your own expectations.  All This AND you have a blast while doing it! 

Sport Specific Training

Looking to obtain additional training for you or your children in sports like Track and Field, Football, Weightlifting, Baseball, Basketball, etc.?  Inquire with us regarding individualized training programs to help you sprint past your competitor in health, lifestyle, and discipline.  By assessing the biomechanics of the individual coupled with those biomechanics needed for each desired sport, we are able to aid our patients in reaching their maximum potential while managing the key aspects of health and elite performance.
